It seems Chelsea fans are already celebrating their victory over an attempt to possibly sign Ghanaian and Athletico Madrid star Thomas Partey. The transfer for European football close midnight today and the market has really been busy.

Chelsea has been very busy in this transfer season trying to augment their team they serve a ban that saw them not to sign a player for a whole season. They have spent almost 200million pounds on players like Timo Werner, Kai Harvert,Mendy and others. They were ready to spend on Rice but it seems West Ham is not ready to sell the player.

Now Thomas Partey has been link to Arsenal since the open of the transfer window but a deal has not been able to go through. For a few days now Partey has been link to Chelsea since their interest in Rice is not being successful. Chelsea’s scouts are trying to replace Jorginho since he’s also been linked out of the club before the window closes.

His Public relationship officer Samuel Zigah, hint on social media about Partey’s move but did not mentioned exactly where the player is moving to.

Whiles Arsenal supporters are waiting for a deal to go through, some Chelsea fans are hinted that the blues can hijack the 45m pounds deal.
