Kwesi Arthur Makes Ghana Proud As He Spits Heavy Bars In 2020 BET Cypher

Ghana’s Kwesi Arthur is part of an array of stars assembled on this year’s 2020 BET Hip-Hop Cypher.

The Cypher is often a prelude to the annual BET HipHop Awards and although the Ghanaian rapper wasn’t nominated for this year’s event, he was still invited to be part of the Cypher.

Kwesi’s BET Cypher appearance follows a similar one by Sarkodie in October 2019 who went on to win the Best International Flow category. It must be noted that this is not the first time Kwesi Arthur had had a stint with BET.  In 2018, the Fante rapper and Ground-up Chale proponent gained his first BET nomination which really gave him enough exposure.

According to Wikipedia, The BET Hip Hop Awards are an annual awards show, airing on BET, showcasing hip hop performers, producers, and music video directors. The awards ceremony began in 2006, was held on November 12, 2006, at the Fox Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia, was first aired on November 15 and was hosted by comedian Katt Williams.
